Facing Internal Fears

The fear of facing what is in one's own consciousness is the root of all fears. Scary movies provoke fear because they make individuals question the darker aspects of themselves that could lead to similar behavior. By recognizing and integrating these shadow aspects within ourselves, we can avoid manifesting sinister traits and harming others. Everything we observe in others is a reflection of ourselves, allowing us to blend and connect with them on a deeper level.
