Reciprocation of Questions in Conversation
In conversations where the other person may not be as well trained to ask questions, one can gracefully answer their own questions after asking the initial question to encourage reciprocation. Deep questions invite meaningful responses and make it easy for the other person to reciprocate. If the other person is not asking questions back, it can be addressed by gently mentioning the lack of balance in question-asking and giving them the opportunity to ask questions, as they might be more socially awkward.
