Everything in This Cosmos Is Moving Purposely, Meaningfully

According to Aristotle, everything is made up of basic elements like earth, water, air, and fire. He believes that everything has a natural place and is moving purposefully towards it. While many may think Aristotle's idea of the earth being at the center is silly, he recognizes that the concept of the earth rotating exists. However, he argues that until other ideas like universal gravitation and inertial motion are understood, the theory of the earth rotating does not fully explain phenomena.
