To survive, they need to pivot and focus on creating a social aspect to their product to encourage users to bring in others. Additionally, they should make it beneficial for the supply side to refer people. Incorporating organic growth loops or network effects into the business is crucial. Without these changes, the business's financial future can be easily predicted and could result in running out of money.
