First impressions are quickly updated when you have more dynamic behavioral information. We know that, for example, you can predict how people will make decisions about whether somebody should receive a loan or not. And then there's nonverbal behavior, which is do they just distitulate? Do they smile? Do they arch their eyebrows? Is their head bobbing back and forth? So you've got a very rich set of dynamic cues - verbal, parable, and nonverbal.
