NOTE

The Importance of Relationships and Consciousness in Virtual Reality

Having relationships and interacting with conscious minds are essential for finding meaning and value in virtual reality. Without conscious beings, the world loses its value. Consciousness is the primary source of meaning and value in our lives, as it allows us to form connections with others. However, if virtual reality only includes non-player characters without consciousness, it lacks meaning. In current virtual realities like multiplayer games, we already interact with conscious beings, although there may be some NPCs. As long as we see virtual realities as multiplayer experiences with multiple conscious beings, they can provide meaning and value.
