"I would say number one, lean into your style. If you are naturally a character based carismatic, if you use a lot of hand motions, whatever that is, lean into it and embrace it," she says. "The second i got from a long time mentor of mine, chris ortell, who wrote the book moments of impact." She adds: "Forget your content, forget what you're there to talk about. And just focus on your state".
