NOTE

Breathing tool to increase stress treshold or simply evoke adrenaline 🧠

Increasing stress threshold can be achieved through a self-directed practice like tumo type breathing or ice baths. One effective technique called cyclic hyperventilation involves 25 to 30 big active inhales followed by passive exhales to generate adrenaline and induce a mild euphoria. Regular practice of this technique, even just three times a week, can raise stress threshold and reduce sharp spikes of adrenaline in response to stressful situations.
