This allows for faster and more aggressive treatment for high-risk patients, while sparing low-risk patients from unnecessary procedures. The AI accurately graded tumors 82% of the time, compared to the 44% accuracy of biopsies. It also outperformed radiologists in differentiating between types of sarcomas.
