Some individuals avoid vaccinations due to fear of adverse effects, like myocarditis, pericarditis, heart attacks, strokes, and clots, causing them to miss school or work. Vaccines can stimulate inflammatory responses, leading to symptoms like headache, sore throat, insomnia, muscle ache, soreness, and fatigue. However, certain components in vaccines, such as agaracon and turquetail, have been found to reduce these inflammatory effects by promoting anti-inflammatory cytokines, interleukin 1RA and interleukin 10. These cytokines can prevent an overstimulation of the immune system that may lead to a cytokine storm and ultimately death from an inflammatory reaction. Clinical trials showed promising results in reducing adverse effects compared to a double-length placebo.
