The company is strategically expanding its supply chain with the upcoming grand opening of its 10th distribution center in Arkansas, adding to the existing centers across different locations. With distribution centers averaging a million square feet each, the company also operates three import distribution centers and 16 mixing centers for faster replenishment of high-velocity items. The build-out of distribution centers is driven by the need for capacity optimization, with a new center required approximately every 250 stores. Each distribution center not only meets capacity demands but also provides significant financial benefits while operating round the clock to maximize throughput.
