These are over educated people who are very talented and work for the ones we're talking about. Their problem won't be getting another job, their problem will be that they're under the delusion that they're more important than they are. We have an increasing interest rate environment. It's going to do its job. People are going to stop are going to start spending less money. And when someone tells you you're special, it's easy to believe them.
