Every summer, when i come back to full time block planning at the end of the summer, it's i struggle there's always resistance. There is a real missmatch between our brains and the type of planning and motivation that they're wired to do. The brain doesn't really know much about in terms of evolutionary instinct. But once you've done it for a while, the brain is pretty adaptable, and it's like, oh, this is part of our routine. Something good is happening. We feel good about it, and then it's easy to keep going.
