Character is Everything in Leadership

Character is the non-negotiable portion of leadership. Everything else can be negotiated, but not character. It is crucial in making decisions in one's elected career. When personal ambition overrides character, it can be detrimental. Individuals need to prioritize character over personal gains, as demonstrated by actions of political figures.
