Are Deadheads a Really Interesting Model?

There are ways to aline incentives between fans and creators in a way that feels much more equitable to where we're going than what has existed over the last a hundred years. Capan, i think we may have talked about this before. I don't know, derrect, are you familiar with the dead heads? Model of dead heads project? A first it w would be deadheads as a really interesting model.
