Change managers can be compared to orchestra conductors who work behind the scenes to ensure that everything is harmonized and coordinated, similar to how a conductor is responsible for harmonizing the music of an orchestra. The change managers often credit the team for their work, acknowledging that it is the collective effort of the team members that brings about the change.
