Adam Kinzinger On Doing The Unexpected And Freeing Ourselves From Fear

The Daily Stoic

NOTE

Taking Personal Responsibility and Believing in One's Own Ability

In politics and in life, we often wait for someone else to solve our problems. But the truth is, we are the ones who have to take action. We can't rely on others to fix things. Whether it's in our community, our home, or our friendships, if something isn't working, we have to be the ones to make it right. This applies to politicians too - they may complain about their job, but they're afraid to lose it. We need to have more confidence in ourselves and our ability to handle whatever comes our way. We shouldn't be afraid of the future because there are always ways to survive and thrive. We just need to believe in ourselves.
