Finding Joy in Life's Difficulties and Undoing Shame
Opening up to life's difficulties allows us to access joy and peace. Understanding that everything that comes our way is in service of our spirit, whether we perceive it as good or bad, helps us stop fighting with our life. Relaxing our body and allowing painful experiences to move through us can free us from the wounds and traumas that block our natural energy and joy. Undoing shame, which is a form of double suffering, is crucial in order to alleviate the pain we feel about our pain.
