Stock Market Risk and Mispricing of Risk

Don't be fooled by the current market, it's not always like this. In fact, it's quite risky. The stock market has fundamental lows when the equity risk premium is around 400 basis points, not the current 100 basis points. This means there is a significant mispricing of risk right now. And don't forget, the benchmark risk free rate is also very low. So be careful when analyzing the market, it's not as simple as it may seem.
