i think the more important behaviors and skills to look for are coaching and menturing skills. If you've got that kernel of maximizing others, then taking that and making it the core of your practice as a manager is really important. i'd train people on m on coaching m and i would define coaching literally just as like helping someone figure out their own way forward. But i think coaching is the skill that really levels a manager up and really makes a manager able to scale.
