To have power, you need to believe that you have a right to have power. And there are so many cases of basicaly policies where essentially it's been demonstrated and again, later in the course of the century, that actually the people do not feel the right to rule. It develops essentially stockholm sindrom. You understad the doutthey do, they do get it right. They sort of get it right this kind of passive way in which sort of getting at right is kind of obvious. That's definitely a credit to populism by default,.
