The most important decision in college is who you surround yourself with because you become like the people you surround yourself with. Mark Zuckerberg's hiring heuristic is that he will only hire someone if he could see himself working for them. This means that he values finding people he would be happy to work for, even if it was their company and he was looking for a job. This heuristic helps him balance hiring decisions.
