Repetitive Problems

In life, we face repeated problems. The key is to find optimal solutions. We can step outside ourselves and look for better solutions. One example is substituting sparkling water for soda. Another is making bad habits less obvious, attractive, easy, and satisfying. The four laws of behavior change are making habits obvious, attractive, easy, and satisfying. To break bad habits, make them invisible, unattractive, difficult, and unsatisfying.
