The Two Jobs of a Transformative Professional

As a helping professional, part of my program involves conducting client catalyst workshops where I work closely with clients for two-and-a-half days. During these sessions, participants have the opportunity to ask questions and learn about my work. In a recent session, I had the chance to demonstrate the two main roles of a transformative professional. The first role is to awaken individuals to their true selves, providing them with an experience of their own formless presence and core identity. The second role involves facilitating their journey towards embodying their true self.
