The Slippery Slope of Power and Resource Distribution
When a minority gains power over the majority, they pass legislation to protect and increase their power. As the power concentration grows, it becomes increasingly difficult for the majority to respond. In small towns, town councils have a lot of power, which can lead to abuse. The same applies to organizations involving millions of people, turning into dictatorships. The distribution of resources requires concentrated power, and those in power have fewer barriers to exploit the situation. It's a slippery slope. Steve, you got it!
