Solving the Problem of Observers & ENTROPY | Stephen Wolfram
Theories of Everything with Curt Jaimungal
Perception of Time and Atomic Decisions
Our brains perceive events happening in less than multi-millisecond cycles as atomic, not noticing the separation by milliseconds. Inner experience aggregates events and decisions into a succession that leads to the next action. The operational belief is reflected in the decisions made, akin to a blockchain of successive decisions. The key lies in identifying these atomic decisions, where detailed observations lead to judgments about what occurred. The crux lies in understanding what can be observed and discussed when building theories.
