NOTE

The Role of Social Growth Engine in Building Successful Products and Companies

Super successful companies like Facebook, Twitter, and Strava didn't have to spend money on user acquisition. They focused on building a great product and leveraging social growth. We aim for a similar approach, although on a smaller scale. We don't believe we can attract billions of users, but our pricing strategy allows us to create a social growth engine. Raising prices and relying on Facebook ads won't help us reach 100 million users. Looking at companies like Microsoft and Google, they also didn't have to pay for user acquisition in their early days. While it may not be feasible for everyone, avoiding user acquisition costs can offer significant advantages.
