To ensure a positive future for humanity, we must align our goals with the next step we take. It's important for us to actively choose and endorse outcomes that we genuinely desire. The challenge lies in understanding what we truly want, as many of our preferences are influenced by societal constructs or external influences. We need to question and define what it means to be good and seek a fair solution through negotiation or by creating super-aligned systems. Ultimately, we desire highly aligned systems that can comprehend human psychology and experiences to make informed decisions for us.
