To enhance emotional insight and objectivity, ask reflective questions that create distance from the immediate emotional response. Consider what a great leader would do in your position and explore actions free from concern about others' feelings, allowing for clearer problem-solving and effective leadership. This deeper inquiry fosters a more comprehensive understanding of team dynamics and leads to better solutions.
