NOTE

Burn Before Breakfast: Optimize Your Morning Routine

Mornings are characterized by elevated blood sugar and cortisol levels. Engaging in gentle exercise before eating or consuming caffeine helps mitigate these substances, improving overall metabolic function. Consuming caffeine and food too early can exacerbate cortisol levels, leading to potential insensitivity and hindering fat burning and muscle growth. Waiting about an hour after waking to have coffee allows cortisol to decrease, thus setting the stage for a more effective metabolism. If exercising vigorously in the morning, having caffeine can be beneficial due to its fat-burning properties, but it should be managed carefully to maximize results.
