I work part of a sixth day because nobody else is working then, and I want everyone else to go to a four so that the fifth day will be like that. At New America, you get six weeks paid time off, so that includes everything. So if you don't take four weeks, you're just leaving money on the table. That's how strongly I believe that fundamentally I can do 12 months of work in 11 months, but not in 12 months.
