Success in any endeavor relies on results produced, skill sets obtained, executed, and leveraged to build and win, rather than on idealistic feelings. Operating based on producing results is essential for winning, akin to playing the right game like chess instead of checkers. Being nice is not a sufficient skill set for success; one must understand and possess the necessary skills to win. While being a producer and a nice person is ideal, the misconception that feelings and niceness alone can lead to success is inaccurate and does not pay the bills.
