Longtime CBS News Radio Washington anchor and reporter Tom Foty has passed away at the age of 77. He had been a mainstay for CBS News Radio since 1998. Tom's childhood experiences, including his family's escape from Budapest during the 1956 Hungarian Revolution, prepared him for a career in journalism. He worked in news radio in New York and Washington, covering government affairs, international news, and being on the air whenever needed.
