Antidepressents Only Work on People with Major Depression
Major depressionis serious problem. People can't function normally a they have a hard time getting out on performing their normal social roles. We don we have drugs that change seratonan metabolism, but we don't know if that's why a anti depressene work on major on. I forget what the number needed to treat is. One out of four people have significant improvement. But the people without major depression don't get better. And the vast majority of these drugs are used for people without major Depression. The normal range of feelings have been medicalized.
