NOTE

Identifying Mentally Strong and Mentally Weak Children

Children who are mentally strong question their automatic negative thoughts, whereas mentally weak children tend to believe everything they think. Mentally strong children focus on solutions rather than blaming others for their problems. They recognize negative thinking patterns and actively work to challenge and change them. In contrast, mentally weak children engage in 'stinking thinking,' such as mind-reading, fortune-telling, and focusing on what's wrong instead of what's right. The key difference lies in how they handle negative thoughts - mentally strong children question and detach from these thoughts, while mentally weak children attach to them and often engage in blame and victimhood.
