Cultural Cohesion Matters

Cohesion within a nation is vital for preventing inter-ethnic violence, especially when diverse groups with different cultural backgrounds coexist in close proximity. A lack of shared national identity can exacerbate these tensions, particularly when significant numbers of immigrants arrive rapidly from diverse languages and religions. The current open-door immigration policies, coupled with illegal immigration, are contributing to the fragmentation of societal unity and should be scrutinized as they do not promote integration or stability.
