Meclazine, originally known for treating seasickness and having CNS effects, has emerged as a potential anti-aging remedy. Gino Cortoposse identified it as a promising drug due to its tour inhibiting properties. In testing, it increased the lifespan of male mice by about 10%, although it did not affect females. While further research is needed to confirm if the lifespan increase is due to tour inhibition or other CNS effects like changes in serotonin or histamine production.
