The Optimal Duration and Frequency of Cold Exposure

The optimal duration and frequency of cold exposure is to have 11 minutes of deliberate cold exposure per week, divided into two or three sessions of one to three minutes each. In addition, having 57 minutes of cold exposure per week, divided into three 20-minute sessions or so, is also beneficial. It is important to note that perfection is not necessary as long as the threshold of 11 minutes is surpassed.
