Focus on One Project for Efficient Output
It is not advisable for junior researchers to split their focus on multiple projects as it is challenging to excel in one project alone, which demands full-time effort. Each project has a fixed cost, especially for new researchers with limited context in the field. Initially, dedicating 20 hours a week to a project may result in minimal output, whereas dedicating more time can lead to super linear gains in productivity.
