To maximize health and fulfillment, Nietzsche believes the highest value is power. However, this power is not about controlling others, but rather embodying and expressing power within ourselves. It is about growth, expansion, and enhancing our capacities and activities. Examples include an athlete becoming stronger and a teacher improving her capacity to educate.
