Anger in the Legal System

The legal system can chug along as long as, you know, people aren't paying too much attention to it. But when there's some kind of massive, a public spotlight on the particular conflict that the law is supposed to deal with, people see how it operates out of context and get very angry. Ah, this anger is a political problem that the legal system is really not set up to address. And then the system has to address this anger in some way.
