Keep moving forward

The real tragedy is when individuals believe they are lazy compared to disciplined people who work harder. In physics, the process of getting something moving is harder than keeping it moving due to the greater static coefficient of friction compared to the kinetic coefficient of friction. This concept applies to life as well - initiating acceleration requires more energy than maintaining velocity. Many individuals start, stop, push hard to overcome inertia, but then compare their slow progress to others moving faster, leading them to halt their efforts. The key to success is not about catching up but about persistently moving forward without quitting.
