The Role of Willpower and Drugs in Achieving Fitness Goals
Willpower alone is not sufficient to achieve fitness goals, even for individuals with extraordinary willpower like pro bodybuilders. Even with high levels of willpower, maintaining goals can be difficult without a clear target. Combining willpower with the use of drugs can make the journey easier. The notion that it is an 'either or' situation between willpower and drugs is misleading. While drugs can make the process easier, they do not make it instantly easy, as challenges like managing meals, sticking to plans, and dealing with fatigue and boredom still persist. However, having a drug that significantly eases the process is considered highly beneficial in achieving fitness goals.
