How Open Are You to Receiving Feedback?

The answer to this question can really determine the course of your career. How open are we to actually getting input on how we're doing? I'm usually pretty happy to receive praise or something where someone says something great about me. But what I've noticed with a number of different people in all walks of life is that some people are really open to feedback and they cultivate it. And other people are unwilling to have those conversations.
