Hygienists not meeting production goals in dental practice
In the past three weeks, a client in the Thriving Practice Academy discovered that their hygienists were busy but not productive, with an average daily production of $820 compared to a goal of $1,200. This resulted in the hygiene department only contributing 20% of the total office production instead of the goal of 33%. It was a missed opportunity for growth.
