Is this a Regime Change?
The supreme court has had a majority of justices appointed by republican presidents since 19 70, so for over 50 years. So i wouldn't call it necessarily a regime change, so much as this is what six looks like relative to five. I think takes for granted that we did not have to have a country that was led by some one like anthony kennedy for 30 years. We could have had many ferent possibilities, and we just happened to get this one.
