Balancing Wisdom and Barbarity of the Crowd

Systems of due process and accountability are necessary as mob justice isn't always right. While there is wisdom in the crowd, there is also barbarity to consider. Anarchists need to understand the potential tragedies of unmediated mass action, as seen through historical examples like Mao's libertarian project, which spiraled out of control. The solution is not solely relying on autonomous and spontaneous organization but finding a balance between crowd wisdom and the need for order and accountability.
