Writing for Non-Engineers: Making Complex Topics Readable

Reading his books is a pleasant and engaging experience. I aim to achieve the same warmth and readability in my work. Writing about complex topics in science and engineering, I feel an extra responsibility to make it accessible to non-engineers. Like Walter Karo, who is one of my favorite biography writers, I strive to make my non-fiction writing read like fiction, so it remains relevant and timeless. I also learned from Karo to start writing a book with the last sentence in mind, which is a smart approach that I will consider in the future.
