Corporate leaders are hesitant to fully embrace AI technology even when it can replace workers effectively. An executive in commercial real estate found that chat GPT technology outperformed junior analysts in producing reports on local real estate markets. However, instead of replacing analysts with AI, he viewed fieldwork as a crucial training process to develop future leaders within the business.
