Understanding Aligned Action
Aligned action is about acting in accordance with our true selves, which involves passing tests, setting boundaries, following instincts, and making decisions from a place of self-worth. It contrasts with misaligned action, which is driven by fear, scarcity, or lack of clarity. To shift towards aligned action, one needs to identify how a person with high self-worth would behave and start embodying those traits to create new neural pathways. This transition can be challenging as our brains tend to default to old, familiar patterns, requiring conscious effort to switch to the aligned action that reflects our higher self.
